  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Broccoli - trimmed

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Soy sauce

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Honey

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sesame oil

  5. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Sesame seeds - toasted

  6. 6 Lettuce; romaine - leaves

  1. Chop broccoli into florets and steam 4 to 5 minutes, until just tender; Chill. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add broccoli and marinate for 1 hour. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
