  1. 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine -- melted

  2. 1/3 cup Chicken broth

  3. 1/2 cup Onion -- finely chopped

  4. 1/2 cup Carrots -- finely chopped

  5. 1/2 cup Fresh mushrooms -- chopped

  6. 1/4 cup Fresh parsley -- minced

  7. 1/2 cup Dry bread crumbs

  8. 1 Egg -- beaten

  9. 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

  10. 1 teaspoon Salt

  11. 1/8 teaspoon Pepper

  12. 3 pounds Fish fillets

  13. Paprika

  14. 11 ingredients and mix well. In a greased

  15. 9 x 13 microwave safe dish, arrange the fillets with stuffing between them. Moisten paper towels with water; place over fish. Cook on high for 15 to 16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, rotating dish occasionally. Sprinkle with paprika.
