  1. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Fine dried bread crumbs

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Parmesan cheese

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped fresh mild herbs

  5. (basil, parsley, oregano, etc.)

  6. Bayou Blast - seeNote

  7. 4 Artichokes - boiled until tender

  8. And cleaned free of the choke

  9. 1 cup 237ml Garlic aioli

  10. 2 Lemons - cut in half

  1. * Note: See the "Bayou Blast - {Emeril's Creole Seasoning}" recipe which is included in this collection.

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the bread crumbs, cheese, olive oil and herbs. Mix thoroughly. Season the mixture with Bayou Blast. Carefully pack the bread crumb mixture into all available spaces in the artichoke.

  4. Place the artichokes on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve the artichokes with a drizzle of garlic aioli and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
