    1. for Olive And Almond Sauce Recipe

    2. 3 tablespoons butter

    3. 3 tablespoons flour

    4. 1 cup White Sauce

    5. 1/2 cup cream

    6. 1/4 cup shredded almonds

    7. 1 teaspoon beef extract

    8. 8 olives (stoned and cut in quarters)

    9. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

    10. 1/4 teaspoon salt

    11. Few grains cayenne

    1. Melt butter, add flour, and pour on gradually White Sauce.

    2. Just before serving add remaining ingredients.

    3. Serve with boiled or steamed fish.
