  1. 1/3 cup butter, melted

  2. 1/4 cup apple juice or cider

  3. 1/4 cup flour

  4. 2/3 cup ground almonds

  5. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  6. 1/2 tsp. curry powder

  7. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  8. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  1. In shallow pan, combine melted butter with apple juice. In another shallow pan combine flour, ground almonds, and spices, mix well. Dip boneless, skinless chicken breasts into melted butter mixture, then roll in flour mixture to coat. Place in greased baking pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 18-24 minutes.
