  1. 1 Black beans - drained

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - finely chopped

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh cilantro - finely chopped

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Pickled jalapenos - minced

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Pickled jalapeno juice

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Vege-sal seasoning - (or a favorite blend)

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cumin

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
