  1. 1 (10 oz.) can whole baby clams

  2. Water

  3. 1/2 c. milk

  4. 1/4 c. dry white wine

  5. 1 pkg. pasta shells with garlic sauce

  6. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cuts or pieces

  7. 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel (opt.)

  1. Drain liquid from clams into 2 cup measuring cup, set clams aside. Add water to clam liquid to measure 1 1/2 cups. In 3 quart saucepan combine clams, water liquid, milk and wine. Over medium high heat bring to boiling. Add pasta and frozen broccoli. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Stir in drained clams and lemon peel. Simmer 3 more minutes or until pasta is tender. Makes 4 servings.
