  1. 8 whole wheat pita flatbread

  2. 1/2 cup spinach

  3. 2 cups tomato/ marinara sauce

  4. 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  5. 2 tomato es (chopped)

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Heat spinach on stove until wilted, then puree Spread spinach puree on each pita leaving about ¼ inch on the edge. Spread tomato sauce over spinach. Add tomatoes and any other preferred topping. Sprinkle cheese on top until covered. Bake 5-10 minutes (until cheese is melted).
