  6. 1 cup 237ml Thinly-sliced mushrooms

  7. 1 Onion - chopped

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chopped lean ham

  9. 2 Part-skim mozzarella cheese - (3/4 oz ea) - halved

  10. 1/4 cup 59ml Canned pimientos - julienned

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a gallon-size sealable plastic bag, combine the flour, pepper and poultry seasoning. Add the turkey; shake to coat. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the turkey and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes on each side. Transfer to the baking pan. In the same skillet, combine the mushrooms, onion and ham; cook, stirring constantly, until softened, about 5 minutes. Spoon evenly over the turkey; top each cutlet with a cheese slice. Bake until the turkey is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve, garnished with the pimiento strips. This recipe yields 4 servings.
