  1. 450 gms mixed dal flour

  2. 6 tbsp sugar

  3. 1 tbsp salt

  4. 1 tbsp ghee

  5. 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)

  6. 2 tbsp sesame seeds (til)

  7. 2 tsp green chilli paste a pinch of baking soda FOR MIXED DAL FLOUR

  8. 1 cup chana dal (split Bengal gram)

  9. 3/4 cup urad dal (split black lentils)

  10. 1 cup chola dal (split cow peas)

  11. 2 cups moong dal (split green gram)

  1. Mix all dals and grind them into flour. use this for making crisps. Boil 3/4cup water and add salt. remove from heat, add sugar and ghee. To flour add all other ingredients and make medium soft dough with prepared water. Make small balls out of dough and roll out into puris. Deep fry crisps and store in an air tight container.
