  1. 1 pkg al fresco Mango Chipotle Chicken Sausage

  2. 1 cup dried apricots

  3. 1 package bacon

  1. Preparation:

  2. Saute chicken sausage in oil over medium heat until browned and internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Remove. Slice into pieces and wrap bacon strips around sausage pieces.

  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bacon is throughly cooked.

  4. Remove sausage and bacon pieces from oven and skewer apricots and sausage pieces with toothpicks.
