  2. 1 10 oz can ortega® chopped green chiles

  3. 2 pounds beef chuck roast

  4. 1 cup chopped onion

  5. 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce

  6. flour tortillas

  7. refried beans

  8. sour cream

  9. grated cheddar cheese

  1. Night before begin cooking chuck roast, chiles, onion and tomato sauce in crock pot (cook all night). In morning, remove the bones. Add meat back to crockpot. Cook on low heat the rest of day. Add mixture to flour tortillas. Also add refried beans, sour cream, grated cheese with meat. Wrap in foil and bake 350ø F for 10 minutes.
