  1. 1 packet Butter buds

  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Sage

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion powder

  5. 1 Salt to taste

  6. 1 Pepper to taste

  7. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Fryer chicken - cut-up

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Water or white wine

  1. Combine dry ingredients. Season chicken. Place in 9" x 13" pan, skin side up, with water or wine. Bake at 375 deg f. For about 50 minutes or until golden and done. Baste after about 1/2 hour.
