  5. 1 1/2 c Rhubarb; finely chopped

  6. 1 1/2 c Peeled apples; finely choppe

  7. 1 1/2 c Granulated sugar

  8. 2/3 c Vegetable oil

  9. 2 ts Vanilla extract

  10. 4 Eggs

  11. 3 c All-purpose flour; or whole

  12. 2 ts Baking soda

  13. 1 ts Salt

  14. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

  15. 1/2 ts Ground cloves

  16. 1/2 ts Baking powder

  17. 1/2 c Nuts; coarsely chopped

  19. 350 degrees; grease bottoms only of two

  20. 9 x 5 x 3-inch

  21. loaf pans. Mix the rhubarb, apples, sugar, oil, vanilla extract and eggs

  22. in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves,

  25. for 10 minutes. Loosen the sides of loaves from the pans; remove from the

  26. pans. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap tightly and store at room

  27. 4 days, or refrigerate for up to

  28. 10 days.
