  7. 1 1/2 ts Mustard, dry

  8. 1 ts Horseradish

  9. 1/2 ts Salt

  10. 1/8 ts Pepper

  11. 1/8 ts Cumin, ground

  12. 1/2 c Sour cream

  13. Hard boil eggs and chop.

  14. Mix cheese and eggs in a bowl. Combine sour cream,

  15. mustard, horseradish, salt, pepper and cumin; Fold in

  16. cheese and egg mixture. Refrigerate about 1 hour.

  17. Serve on a bed of lettuce. A favorite of the New York
