  2. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Pepper

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Wine vinegar

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Oil

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chopped parsley

  1. Recipe Instructions In mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, mustard, and vinegar. Stir until mustard is dissolved. Add oil. Mix. Add beets. Mix well. Arrange in serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley.
