  1. 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter

  2. 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg Grated rind of one orange

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. To serve: Stir between 2 and 2 ½ tablespoons mixture into 6 oz. boiling water. Add 1 oz (2 tablespoons) dark rum or spiced rum.
