  8. Olive or peanut oil

  9. 1 1/2 To 2 oz chili powder

  10. 28 oz Can tomatoes

  11. 3 1/2 To 4 1/2 c water -- added as

  12. Needed

  13. Cayenne to taste

  15. A dollop of sherry wine

  16. Blackstrap molasses -- corn

  17. Meal mush made into a paste

  18. With water.

  19. Salt/pepper to taste

  20. Cumin powder

  21. Worchestershire sauce

  1. Saute peppers, garlic, and onion in butter. Addworchestershire sauce and cumin to taste. In Dutchoven or large skillet, brown meat chunks along withoregano and chili powder. Add first mixture (onions,etc), tomatoes, chili and water as needed. Bring to aboil rapidly, while stirring constantly. Reduce heatto very low while stirring, and add secret ingredientsto taste. Add corn paste or arrowroot to thicken ifdesired. Stir constantly and taste often.
