  2. 1 large red onion , minced (about 1 3/4 cups)

  3. 1 clove(s) garlic , minced (about 2 teaspoons)

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce

  5. 1 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard

  6. 1 teaspoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon(s) finely ground black pepper

  9. 1/8 teaspoon(s) ground thyme

  10. 1 cup(s) sour cream

  1. Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown -- about 10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until softened -- about 2 more minutes.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Transfer the mixture to a small bowl and cool completely.

  3. Stir in the sour cream until well combined, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours. Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 days.
