  6. 3 lb Lean pork loin cubed in

  7. 3 lb Lean beef briskit cubed in

  8. 1/4 pieces 4 c Stewed tomatos, chopped

  9. 1/2 c Soy sauce

  10. 1/4 c Tequila

  11. 1 Bottle of beer

  12. 2 Med. onions chopped coarse

  13. 1 c Green Bell pepper chopped

  14. 2 T Dried cayenne flakes

  15. 3 T Tabasco sauce

  16. 2 T Chili powder

  17. 4 T Fresh ground cumin

  18. 4 Garlic cloves crushed

  19. 1/2 c Mushrooms chopped fine

  20. 1/4 c Masa harina

  21. 1/2 t Allspice

  22. 4 Bay leaves

  23. 1/2 c Tomato paste

  24. 3 c Tomato sauce

  25. 2 T Molasses

  26. 2 t Salt

  27. 2 Jalapeno peppers deseeded &

  28. 8 Jalapenos whole & gashed

  29. Saute meat until brwoned with the Bell pepper, garlic, & 2 onions. Mix the

  30. beer, tequila, Tabasco sauce, 1 T of cumin, allspice, & soy sauce all

  31. together your pot and bring to a slow boil. When boiling add the meat,

  32. cayenne flakes, mushrooms, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bay leaves, chopped

  33. jalapenos, chili powder,salt,& min. T of cumin. Boil for 2 min. Reduce

  34. the heat to simmer, cover, & cook for 1 hour then add the masa harina stir

  35. it in slowly, recover the pot and cook for 1 more hour. Add add the

  36. remaining T of cumin, cook for 5 minutes more and serve. If liquid is

  37. needed add beer not water while cooking. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
