  1. 1 cup imported black olives

  2. 8 anchovy fillets

  3. 1/4 cup capers

  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic

  5. 1/2 cup olive oil Fresh ground black pepper

  1. In a food processor with a metal blade, combine all the ingredients together, except for the oil. Pulse a couple of times to incorporate. With the machine running, slowly add the oil to form a paste. Season with black pepper.
