  1. Salmon fillets

  2. 1/4 cup of rice vinegar

  3. 1 tablespoon lime zest

  4. 2 large garlic cloves, crushed

  5. 1/2 cup hoisin sauce

  6. 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

  7. 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

  8. 1 teaspoon Chinese chili -garlic sauce.

  1. Combine all of the sauce ingredients. Let flavors develop for awhile.

  2. Brush onto salmon fillet. Grill your salmon in the broiler or on the barbecue grill for however long you are comfortable. You can continue brushing during the cooking process.
