  7. 1 pound beef top sirloin -- boneless,

  8. 3/4 thick

  9. nonstick cooking spray

  10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  11. 16 ounces Green Giant American Mixtures Western

  12. Style Frozen Potato, Green Bean, Onion

  13. and Red Peppers

  14. 2 tablespoons water

  15. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

  16. 12 ounces mushroom gravy

  17. 8 ounces Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent

  18. Dinner Rolls

  19. 375 F. Trim fat from steak. Cut steak lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick slices. Spray 10-inch

  20. oven-proof skillet with cooking spray; cook over medium-high heat until hot.

  21. Add beef, cook and stir 1 minute. Remove from skillet; season with pepper. Set

  22. aside.

  23. 2 to

  24. minutes or until vegetables are thawed. Stir in gravy; bring to a boil.

  25. Remove from heat; return beef to skillet. Separate dough into 8 triangles.

  26. Starting from wide ends, roll up halfway; arrange over beef mixture so pointed

  27. ends are directed toward center.

  28. 375 F. for 17 to 19 minutes or until crescents are deep golden brown.
