  1. 3 cups sweetened flake coconut

  2. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk (approximately 2/3 of a 14-ounce can)

  4. 1 cup corn flake cereal, coarsely crushed

  5. 2 (1 1/2-ounce each) milk chocolate bars with crisped rice, chopped

  6. 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

  7. 1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange peel

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.

  2. Combine coconut and flour in a medium bowl. Stir in condensed milk, cereal, rice bars, apricots and orange peel. Spread evenly into pan.

  3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
