  1. 3 cucumber s, peeled, seeded, and chopped

  2. 2 yellow bell pepper s, chopped

  3. 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved

  4. 1 red onion , chopped

  5. 2 t dill weed

  6. 1 jar caper s, drained

  7. 1/4 c cider vinegar

  8. 1/4 c olive oil

  1. Chop all the veggies and combine them in a bowl. Add capers, dill weed, cider vinegar, and olive oil. Mix to coat all ingredients. Can serve immediately or refridgerate over night to let the flavors meld.
