  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Pitted black olives - chopped

  6. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Diced (1/4") red onion

  7. 1/2 cup 20g / 0.7oz Chopped fresh dill leaves

  8. 1/4 cup 10g / 0.4oz Chopped flat-leaf parsley Salt - to taste Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender, 8 minutes. Drain well and place in a large bowl. Toss the warm pasta with the vinaigrette. Add the remaining ingredients and adjust the seasonings. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Return to room temperature before serving. This recipe yields 8 servings.
