  1. 2 tb Ghee

  2. Momo wrappers see recipe

  3. 1 c Tofu, squeezed & crumbled

  4. -finely chopped

  5. 2 c Mixed vegetables, parboiled

  6. 1 tb Soy sauce

  7. 1/4 ts Salt

  8. 1/4 ts Pepper

  9. 1/2 ts Chili

  10. 1 ts Garam masala

  11. 1/2 c Diced onion

  12. 1/2 tb Minced garlic

  13. 1/2 tb Minced ginger

  14. Momo sauce - see recipe

  1. Melt ghee in a wok or skillet.

  2. Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir fry for 1 minute.

  3. Add garam masala, chili powder, pepper, salt & soy sauce.

  4. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  5. Add vegetables & mix well.

  6. Remove from heat & place in a bowl.

  7. Add tofu & toss well.

  8. Allow to cool & drain off excess liquid.

  9. Put 1 tb of filling into each momo wrapper & seal closed with a little water.

  10. Steam over a steaming rack for 15 to 20 minutes.

  11. Serve hot with momo sauce.
