  1. Clean the mushrooms and gently break off the stems to create a hole. Roll a piece of sausage (raw) into a ball and fill the hole. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until the sausage is cooked. tip: I crinkle some aluminum foil on my pan before I arrange the mushrooms for baking so they don't slide all over the place.
