  1. 1 lb Sausage , browned and drained

  2. 6 Eggs , beaten

  3. 1 cup Bisquick

  4. 2 cup Half-and-half , you can substitute milk

  5. 1/4 tsp Salt

  6. 1/4 tsp Pepper

  7. 2 cup Grated Cheese

  1. Place drained sausage evenly in muffins tins which have been sprayed with Pam. Mix eggs, Bisquick, half-and-half, salt and pepper together. Pour evenly over the sausage. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 25 minutes in 350 oven.
