  2. 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix -- (3 3/4 oz.)

  3. 1 cup milk

  4. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

  5. 1 cup whipping cream -- whipped

  6. 2 packages frozen strawberries -- in quick-thaw pouch

  7. thawed (10 oz.)

  1. Prepare pudding mix as directed using only 1 cup milk and extract. Fold in whipped cream. Puree strawberries in blender and fold into pudding leaving some bands of color.
