  2. DOUBLE CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER BROWNIES

  6. 2 Squares unsweetened

  7. 2 Squares semisweet

  8. -chocolate

  9. 2 Eggs

  10. 1/2 c Butter

  11. 1 c White sugar

  12. 2/3 c Flour

  13. 1/2 ts Baking powder

  14. 1/4 ts Salt

  15. 1/2 c Chopped pecans (opt)

  16. 1 t Vanilla

  17. 2 tb Grand Marnier

  18. ICING

  19. 2 Squares semisweet chocolate

  20. 2 tb Light cream (or 2% milk)

  21. 1 tb Grand Marnier

  22. 2 tb Butter

  23. 1 c Icing sugar

  24. Brownie: Melt chocolate. Add sugar, eggs, and butter.

  25. Mix dry ingredients. Add to chocolate mixture. Add

  26. 8 X 8 pan. Bake

  27. 25 minutes

  28. at 350. Immediately after baking, brush on Grand Marnier. Cool 1 hour.

  29. Icing: Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in

  30. cream and Grand Marnier. Add icing sugar. Spread on

  31. cooled brownies.

  32. These are supposed to sit for 24 hours before eating.
