  2. 3/4 cup sour cream

  3. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/2 cup raw spinach -- lightly packed

  6. 1/2 cup fresh parsley -- lightly packed

  7. 1/4 cup fresh basil -- lightly packed

  8. 1 green onion -- cut into pieces

  1. Place sour cream, mayonnaise and salt in a blender.

  2. Add spinach, parsley, basil and onion and blend on medium for about 30 seconds or until leaves are finely chopped.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour but no longer than two days.

  4. Serve with raw vegetables.
