  8. 4 tablespoons flour

  9. turkey stock -- or chicken stock

  10. 6 eggs -- boiled and chopped

  11. Giblets -- cut up

  12. salt and pepper -- to taste

  13. Place butter in iron skillet, melt slowly. Add flour until dissolved. Kim the

  14. top of stock and att to butter and flour. Stirring constantly over low heat u

  15. ntil smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
