  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 1/3c Milk

  3. 1/3c Water

  4. 3 tb Grand Marnier -(or any other liqueur -of your choice)

  5. 3/4c Flour

  6. 1 tb Melted butter

  7. 2 tb Sugar

  1. + Directions : Put eggs, milk and water into a bowl and whisk until combined. Gradually add the flour, whisking constantly until the mixure is smooth. Add the liqueur and the butter and whisk again. Put a strainer over a bowl and pour the batter into the strainer, insuring a smooth batter.
