  1. 1 (12-ounce) package frozen macaroni and cheese

  2. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  3. 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

  4. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

  5. 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  1. Thaw macaroni and cheese in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 minutes. Melt butter in a small skillet; add garlic and parsley, and saute 1 minute. Stir garlic mixture and pepper into macaroni and cheese. Place tray on rack in center of oven; place a baking sheet on lower rack. Bake at 350 °F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
