  1. Garlic cheese spread, smoked turkey and spinach fill these soft cracker bread sandwich rolls.

  3. 1 soft cracker bread,

  4. 15 inches in diameter (from 17-ounce package)

  5. 1 package (4 ounces) herb-and-garlic spreadable cheese

  6. 8 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey

  7. 1 large tomato, thinly sliced

  8. 6 ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese

  9. 18 leaves fresh spinach

  10. 1. Cover bread evenly with spreadable cheese.

  11. 2. Layer turkey, tomato, Swiss cheese and spinach on bread, leaving about 4 inches at one side covered with spreadable cheese only.

  12. 3. Beginning at the side layered with turkey, roll up bread. Trim each end with serrated knife to make even; cut bread roll into 1-inch slices.

  24. Purchasing: Soft cracker bread is sturdier than a tortilla but more flexible than a pizza shell. Look for it near the pita bread in the deli section of your grocery store.

  25. Variation: Vary the sandwich fixin's to please your gang's taste buds. Add extra veggies such as shredded carrots. Switch out the meat and cheese. Add zing with a squirt of mustard.
