  1. 350 g 90 g 90 g 3 tbsp Marinade Char Siu Sauce

  3. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  1. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes. Blanch carrot in boiling water. Drain. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until cooked. Add carrot, cashew nuts and Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce. Stir well until heated through.
