  3. 1 tablespoon Watkins Italian Salad Dressing Blend

  4. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup milk

  6. 4 pita breads --

  7. 6" sliced in half

  8. lettuce leaves

  9. 12 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef

  10. 1 medium cucumber -- thinly sliced

  11. 1 medium tomato -- halved and thinly

  12. sliced 1 medium bell pepper -- halved and cut into slices 1 medium zucchini -- thinly sliced

  13. 1 small red onion -- cut into slices

  1. Combine mayonnaise, Salad Dressing Blend, vinegar and milk; mix until smooth, then set aside. Layer lettuce, beef, cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, zucchini and onion slices in pita bread halves. Serve with sauce. Makes 8 servings.
