  1. 2 cloves garlic , minced

  2. cup ketchup (can adjust if desired)

  3. 1 tsp sesame oil

  4. salt to taste

  5. 1 green onion , thinly sliced

  6. 1 dozen shrimp , shell on

  1. Heat up a pan with oil and garlic.

  2. When garlic starts turning brown, stir in ketchup. This will cause the oil to sizzle, hold cover over pan. Let sizzle for 10 seconds.

  3. Quickly add shrimp. Sprinkle some salt if desired.

  4. Add sesame oil.

  5. Shrimp will turn pink when cooked and ready to serve. Garnish with sliced green onion.
