  3. 1/2 cup fat free buttermilk-or 1/2 cup skim milk mixed with

  4. 1 tsp vinegar

  5. 2-3 drops hot sauce

  6. 1/2 cup cornflakes crushed

  7. 3 TBS flour

  8. salt

  9. pepper

  10. 2 lbs chicken parts-skinned (I used bone in breast w/ rib meat)

  11. 4 tsp canola oil (I used vegetable)

  12. 400 F for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake

  13. 15-20 min more.
