  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce - warmed

  12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Mint - dried

  13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Liquid smoke

  14. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Louisiana hot sauce
