    1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Onion - chopped

    2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic - chopped

    3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Sweet pepper - chopped

    4. 1/2 cup 118ml Parsley - dried

    5. 1 cup 237ml Dry white wine

    6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vinegar

    7. 2 cups 474ml Ketchup

    8. 1/4 cup 59ml Honey

    9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

    10. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

    11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Worcestershire sauce - warmed

    12. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Mint - dried

    13. 1 tablespoon 15ml Liquid smoke

    14. 1/2 tablespoon 7 1/2ml Louisiana hot sauce

    1. Recipe Instructions Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to boil. Cook covered., on low heat for several hours.
