  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Lean ground turkey breast

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese - (4 oz)

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion powder

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic powder

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Form into 6 equal-sized patties.

  2. Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the juices run clear and no pink remains. Serve immediately.
