  2. Title: Centrefold Nasturtium Salad

  5. 15 ea Nasturtium leaves

  6. 15 ea Nasturtium flowers

  7. 2 ea Sweet onions, thinly sliced

  8. 2 ea Tomatoes, thinly sliced

  9. 2 ea Celery ribs, diced

  10. 1/2 c Tangy vinaigrette, see

  12. Arrange the nasturtium leaves around the outside of a large flat

  13. plate. Lay the flowers on top of the leaves with their stem ends

  14. pointing toward the centre of the dish.

  15. Working towards the centre of the plate, ad a layer of onions, then a

  16. layer of tomatoes. Continue layering until the dish is full.

  17. Cover the salad & refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavours

  18. blend. Sprinkle with celery & drizzle with the vinaigrette. Serve

  19. immediately.
