  3. 1 cup 237ml Red wine

  4. 2/3 cup 157ml Soy sauce

  5. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Sliced green onions

  6. 1 Garlic - minced

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Brown sugar

  1. Recipe Instructions Trim fat from steak; score in 1 1/2" squares on both sides. Place in large shallow dish. Combine consomme, wine, soy sauce, green onions, garlic, lime juice, and brown sugar in bowl; mix well. Pour over steak. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator for 8 hour
