  1. 6 c Apples; Pared, Cored, And 2 Lbs 2 T Brown Or Granulated Sugar

  2. 1/3 c Brown Sugar; Firmly Packed

  3. 2 T Butter Or Margarine

  4. 1/2 c Corn Flakes

  5. 1/2 c Unbleached Flour; Sifted

  6. 1/2 t Nutmeg Or Cinnamon

  7. 1 T Orange Rind; Grated

  8. 3 T Orange Juice

  9. 1 T Butter

  10. 375 Degrees F. Arrange the apples in a greased

  11. 10 X 6 X 2-Inch baking dish. Sprinkle with

  12. 2 T of sugar then with

  13. 1/3 cup Brown Sugar and 2 T butter until creamy. Add the next

  14. 4 ingredients and mix until crumbly. Spread on the apples. Sprinkle with

  15. 3 T of orange juice and dot with

  16. 1 T butter. Bake in a moderately hot oven of
