  1. -Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A Whole pita breads Garlic flavored olive oil Rehydrated sun-dried tomato -halves Canned artichoke hearts; -sliced Basil; chopped Mozzarella cheese; shredded Heat a baking sheet in a very hot oven. Lightly brush pita breads on both side with oil. Top each with tomato halves, artichokes. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Bake on hot sheet about 5 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
