  1. Mix crab-flavored sticks, cucumber, carrot and pressed bean curd with seasoning mix. Divide the filling into 12 portions.

  2. Arrange filling on bean curd skin and roll up. Seal openings with flour paste.

  3. Deep-fry bean curd rolls in hot oil until golden yellow and crisp. Drain and serve.
