  1. 4 boneless chicken breasts

  2. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

  3. 1 cup sour cream

  4. 1/2 cup sherry wine

  5. 8 ounces mushrooms

  6. 2 ounces sliced almonds

  7. paprika

  8. salt

  9. pepper

  1. Place chicken in caserole dish.

  2. Put sliced mushrooms over chicken.

  3. To make sauce: Mix soup, sour cream, sherry, salt and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

  4. Pour souce over the chicken and mushrooms.

  5. Sprinkle the top with the almonds and paprika.

  6. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
