  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Butter

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  3. 1 cup 237ml Heavy cream

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Honey

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated mild cheddar cheese

  1. Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Cook gently, stirring, as you carefully add the cream and the honey. Keep stirring over low heat, and fold in the cheese. Serve warm over apple pie or apple pudding.
