  1. 1 stick butter

  2. 1/4 cup sugar

  3. 2 cup A.P. flour

  4. 2 tsp baking powder

  5. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  6. 1/2 tsp salt

  7. 2 large egg s

  8. 1/4 cup milk

  9. 1/4 cup sour cream

  10. 1/2 cup blueberries

  11. 1 tsp vanilla

  12. lemon zest

  13. 2 tblsp lemon juice

  1. Cream butter in mixer, add sugar and eggs Combine remaining dry ingredients in separate bowl bowl Combine remaining wet ingredients in a separate bowl (except blueberries)

  2. Alternate between adding wet and dry ingredients to butter/sugar mixture. Do not overmix.

  3. Gently fold in blueberries with a spoon or spatula so you do not break them Sparay muffin pan and paper cups. Pile high and top with sugar and bake at 375 for approx 30 minutes
